Functional Patterns® Practitioner · HBS Level I Nutrition & Lifestyle

Diana brings over two decades of experience in movement, combining a lifelong dedication to human performance with a background in yoga, endurance training, and applied nutrition.

She now applies a biomechanics-driven approach to help clients improve posture, restore movement, and build strength that carries into everyday life.

“i train for structure first — because structure determines everything else.”

A STRUCTURAL TURNING POINT

Diana’s early work focused on yoga and holistic health, where she helped individuals improve their well-being through movement, breath, and nutrition.

Over time, she saw that many traditional approaches weren’t addressing the root cause of pain and movement limitations.

This led her to pursue training in the Functional Patterns methodology, where she now focuses on posture, gait, and biomechanics to create lasting physical change.
