  • Join us for a live Functional Patterns experience featuring Kyle, the Wellness Daddy podcaster, sharing his real-life journey with FP and how it’s influenced his health, fatherhood, and daily movement.

    Following Kyle’s story, Benjamin — “that FP guy” — will take attendees through a guided Functional Patterns session, introducing the fundamentals and showing how FP applies to real life, work, and movement.

    This is an introductory, hands-on experience designed for those new to Functional Patterns who want to feel it for themselves.

    This class focuses on improving posture, strength, and movement efficiency through biomechanics-based training. You’ll address common issues like hip and shoulder restrictions, back pain, and poor gait mechanics — rebuilding balanced movement patterns that improve performance in training and daily life.

  • A Valentine’s Day Functional Patterns class designed for couples to move, train, and connect together. Expect partner-based movement and team dynamics to build strength, coordination, and awareness through biomechanics-based training.

  • Reduce pain and improve alignment and movement with scoliosis.

    This class is for individuals with scoliosis or anyone who wants to learn how to better support a loved one with scoliosis. You’ll learn how to train for improved alignment, reduce asymmetrical strain, and build strength that supports spinal function. Each session applies biomechanics-based training to create more balanced movement and long-term stability.

    A focused training class for women looking to improve movement quality and structural balance. You’ll learn how to stabilize your hips, strengthen postural chains, and move with better coordination. Ideal for anyone wanting to feel stronger, reduce pain, and create lasting structural change.

    This class teaches kids how to move with better posture, balance, and control through foundational biomechanics training. The sessions are active and engaging, helping children build strong mechanics that support sports performance and long-term joint health.

  • Raising Resilient Movers

    Mothers & Community Class | 10:00–11:00 AM

    A supportive movement and education class for moms.

    We’ll explore how Functional Patterns supports resilient movement in both mothers and children—focusing on posture, breathing, and everyday habits that matter as kids grow. Moms will move through gentle, practical exercises while learning simple principles they can apply at home.
