Functional Patterns® Practitioner · HBS Level III · B.S. Business · NFPT Certfied · 15+ Years Experience

As founder of Kinetic Blueprint, Kristie integrates biomechanics with structured systems and operational precision.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Business and a background in finance and operations, she plays a central role in designing the studio’s programming systems, client experience, and long-term strategy.

Kinetic Blueprint was built on measurable outcomes — not trends.

Kristie’s work bridges technical biomechanics, female physiology, and sustainable systems to help clients move with efficiency, stability, and confidence.

“i train for structure first — because structure determines everything else.”

A STRUCTURAL TURNING POINT

Kristie foundation in movement began early through competitive soccer, distance running, and strength training. Athletics shaped her discipline, resilience, and appreciation for physical capacity.

In her twenties, she pursued performance aggressively — bootcamps, powerlifting, bodybuilding, high-intensity training. Strength was the goal.

Yet despite consistent training, she continued experiencing asymmetry, tightness, and structural compensation patterns associated with scoliosis.

Traditional strength training was increasing output — but not correcting structure.

That realization marked a turning point.

“Strength without alignment only magnified what was already misaligned.”

DISCOVERING BIOMECHANICS

Kristie was introduced to the Functional Patterns methodology through a posture and breathing-focused demonstration that reframed how she viewed training.

For the first time, her gait cycle, ribcage mechanics, pelvic orientation, and compensation patterns were assessed structurally — not just performance metrics.

Training shifted from fatigue-based output to:

  • Structural alignment

  • Myofascial integration

  • Efficient load transfer

  • Breathing mechanics

  • Movement quality before intensity

As she applied the system, her scoliosis-related symptoms improved. Stability increased. Energy improved. Movement became more efficient.

This experience led her to formally pursue education within the Functional Patterns system and earn certification as a practitioner. She also holds certification through the National Federation of Professional Trainers (NFPT), strengthening her applied knowledge of anatomy and programming.

FEMALE BIOMECHANICS & STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY

Motherhood further refined Kristie’s professional lens.

Pregnancy, postpartum adaptation, and the cumulative stress of modern life reshape the female body in ways often overlooked in traditional training environments.

Kristie’s work focuses on:

• Pelvic and core integration

• Female biomechanics across life stages

• Postural adaptations related to pregnancy and childcare

• Nervous system regulation

• Sustainable strength development

Her approach prioritizes structural integrity before intensity — building strength that supports long-term capacity rather than short-term performance.

approach and philosophy

Kristie begins every client relationship with structural assessment:

  • Posture

  • Gait

  • Ribcage and pelvic mechanics

  • Compensation patterns

  • Breathing efficiency

Programming is then built around correcting underlying dysfunction before layering load.

Her philosophy is direct:

Aesthetics are a byproduct.
Longevity is the objective.
Structure determines performance.

“This work isn’t about temporary relief — it’s about structural capacity for the long term.”
